At Prominent Artist Management, our ultimate goal is to provide independent artists with dedicated support and sage advice. To that end, we offer our artists two types of services – management services and marketing services.

Artist Management

We provide artist management services on a commission basis to select artists who are accepted to our roster. We advance our artists’ careers by providing professional marketing and development advice and support. Our focus is on the development of artist branding and growth strategies.

Artist Marketing

We work with artists who are not selected for our roster on a fee-for-service basis. We offer a complete menu of services tailored to artists’ needs and coordinated to create high visibility. We invest time to understand your artistic philosophy and objectives and design all promotion to convey your message effectively.
  • Branding – We translate your unique artistic vision into a memorable brand that increases your visibility.
  • Media Relations – We write and distribute news releases and provide publicity services to promote events, new recordings or collaborations.
  • Publicist – We plan and manage media interviews and public appearances. We also act as official spokespersons for the artist as needed.
  • Web Marketing/Branding – Online marketing/branding is an essential component of a successful marketing strategy. To that end, we have established a relationship with our web development partner, Prominent Web Design. This enables us to successfully develop and maintain content-rich, custom websites, social media outlets and electronic press kits(EPKs). Our EPKs typically include well-written biographies, headshots, article reprints and performance information customized to your needs.
  • Email Newsletters – We create custom email newsletters and fan contact databases to promote performances, new recordings and maintain artist brand awareness.
  • Marketing Collateral – Brochures and flyers to promote your events and projects.
We conduct an initial consultation with clients free of charge and provide a proposal for services with fees attached before any work begins. You are not charged until you agree to a proposal and authorize work to begin. We typically charge a deposit of 1/2 of the total scope at the beginning of the relationship.
